Rasa Studio Trial FAQs
You have three different support options during the trial.
1. Get personal support from the Rasa Team and book a 30-minute 1:1 call.
2. Join office hours every Thursday at 10AM ET | 4PM CET. Here you can add a calendar invite.
3. Ask a question in the Rasa Forum in the Rasa Studio Section.
Your Studio Trial lasts for 7 days. If you need more time, reply to the Rasa team member who provided you with the initial login information to ask for an extension before the trial is over.

After your trial is over, you have three options:
1. Contact the Rasa Team to keep the conversation going and see if Rasa might be a fit for your project. You can get in touch by emailing the Rasa Team member who initially emailed you your credentials.
2. Deploy Rasa Studio locally for 90 days on a virtual machine. Reach out to lauren@rasa.com, who can help provide you with a license. Keep in mind, this deployment requires some development skills, so you might need to find a colleague or friend who can help make the deployment successful.
3. Give us feedback about how we can make the trial better! You can leave your feedback in this form.
We want to offer personalized attention to every trialist, so we can only take on so many trialists at once. Keep in touch, and we can reevaluate at another time.
